The
SRU is in receipt of
details of a number of
tickets
allocated
to Scottish clubs and Societies, which have been offered for
sale
on the black
market. These include match tickets for away games as well as the home
fixtures this Spring. The SRU will be writing to
all clubs and Societies to remind us that we are responsible for the actions
of those to whom we allocate tickets received from the SRU. Where a breach is
proven the penalty tariff normally involves a reduction
in the following seasons allocation to the Club or Society of a minimum of
50%, rising to 100% depending on the circumstances.
I
trust this affects no one in the ERRS.
